I put this sequence together with the mindset that I wanted students to feel like they got a good workout, but also wanted to integrate some mindfulness into it. There's pranayama and a short meditation (with Affirmation) from Mudras by Gertrud Hirschi. Hope you enjoy it!

Heart Opening Yoga Flow
Happy Wednesday everyone! Hope everyone is doing well. I've been slacking a little on my class posts. I've been in a little funk, so I didn't do as much as I should have. Just taking it one day at a time! 🙂 Two weeks ago, I taught a Heart Opening Flow! In this class, I did a lot of chest openers to get us started and peaked with Ustrasana-Camel Pose.
