20 min Warm-up Flow
The warm-up flow is for all levels and no equipment needed, unless you would like to use a block in some of the poses. It's great if you need to get yourself moving in the morning, or right before a work-out session to get your body warmed up and ready to go!
Age is just a number…
Like many, I struggled when I reached 40. I re-evaluated my life and thought "that's it? Are my best years behind me?". Does everything go downhill from here because I have like 20 years left (LOL!
