You don't have to be an accomplished yogi to get amazing benefits from yoga. Yoga is wonderful and can help to calm and destress you. It helps to activate your parasympathetic system (rest and digest) and can leave you nice and relaxed.

Another uneasy week continues. I have found neat sites to sign up for online classes and books to read! I also created a log on my page for those that want suggestions on books to read.
