Goodbye and Hello!
It’s been a long journey that led me to this. I am excited to help my clients get stronger and feel great! I tend to be a shy person, but am going against my comfort zone and putting myself out there because I want to help people. I always knew that helping and teaching were my calling, I just didn’t know how. Therefore, even though I still crochet and practice yoga, it is a goodbye to Slipstitch and Mantras and hello to Grounding Fitness!!
