Happy Hamstrings Flow
After talking to a couple friends, a common request seemed to be a sequence for tight hamstrings. I took that as a challenge, and came up with a sequence!! After a couple tries, I came up with one I like! This is a great yoga flow for runners, or anyone that suffers from tight hamstrings. After doing this flow a couple of times, I'm sure your hamstrings will definitely be feeling happy!!
Strong Warrior Flow
I can't believe it's been so long! I am excited about this post because it deals with not only yoga, but the myths behind the asanas! For part of my 300 YTT, I had to write and record a flow showing the myth of one of the asanas we learned. I chose the Virabhadrasana (Warrior) series!
