Relaxing Oasis Meditation
I'm one that doesn't have tons of time to sit and do a 30 min or more meditation. Therefore, I wanted to make this meditation quick, simple, but satisfying. I hope you like it and it brings relaxation to your day!
20 min Warm-up Flow
The warm-up flow is for all levels and no equipment needed, unless you would like to use a block in some of the poses. It's great if you need to get yourself moving in the morning, or right before a work-out session to get your body warmed up and ready to go!

Happy Hamstrings Flow
After talking to a couple friends, a common request seemed to be a sequence for tight hamstrings. I took that as a challenge, and came up with a sequence!! After a couple tries, I came up with one I like! This is a great yoga flow for runners, or anyone that suffers from tight hamstrings. After doing this flow a couple of times, I'm sure your hamstrings will definitely be feeling happy!!

I can't believe it's been so long! I am excited about this post because it deals with not only yoga, but the myths behind the asanas! For part of my 300 YTT, I had to write and record a flow showing the myth of one of the asanas we learned. I chose the Virabhadrasana (Warrior) series! I’m so excited to bring you this video. It’s a Morning Rejuvenating Flow to get you started for the day. It’s appropriate for all levels, and it’s more like a slow flow. I put this sequence together with the mindset that I wanted students to feel like they got a good workout, but also wanted to integrate some mindfulness into it. There's pranayama and a short meditation (with Affirmation) from Mudras by Gertrud Hirschi. Hope you enjoy it!
Heart Opening Yoga Flow
Happy Wednesday everyone! Hope everyone is doing well. I've been slacking a little on my class posts. I've been in a little funk, so I didn't do as much as I should have. Just taking it one day at a time! 🙂 Two weeks ago, I taught a Heart Opening Flow! In this class, I did a lot of chest openers to get us started and peaked with Ustrasana-Camel Pose. In the beginning of the year, I challenged myself to do the Alphabet Reading Challenge. So far, I am reading 3 books, and finally finished one of them and wanted to do a little write-up! I am currently taking an Ayurveda Certification course through the Yoga and Ayurveda Center. Part of the Practicum was to write a Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Yoga plan for each of the 3 Doshas.
Intro to Yoga Beginners Flow
Hi Everyone! Last week I taught a Beginners Flow, and it went great! As you know, I'm a fourth grade teacher, so my "teacher mode" took over as I explained the basic poses to the students.
