My name is Carola Stephens and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher. My small business is called Grounding Fitness because I believe that you first need to work on your foundation (posture) first. Imbalances in muscles occur when our posture is off by repetitive movement or prior injury.
My focus is to empower women to feel strong by finding movement, health, and wellness. Finding time for yourself is important! You can't help others or be the best that you can be by having an empty cup. Self-care is important! All levels welcomed, especially beginners.
