Life is a journey and you always have to re-evaluate it if something is off. If you've (like me) been struggling with finding your dharma (life's purpose) read on! I've been very introspective (& MIA) these last couple of months, and getting closer to finding it! Also, I'm so excited to be back to doing what I love! In this post, you'll also find a short cool down flow after working out. It is great for the hips, legs, and lower back. Have a great week!!
Author: Carola Stephens
My name is Carola Stephens and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher. My small business is called Grounding Fitness because I believe that you first need to work on your foundation (posture) first. Imbalances in muscles occur when our posture is off by repetitive movement or prior injury.
My focus is to empower women to feel strong by finding movement, health, and wellness. Finding time for yourself is important! You can't help others or be the best that you can be by having an empty cup. Self-care is important! All levels welcomed, especially beginners. I offer 1:1 Personal Training or yoga (at my home gym or client's). I also offer group yoga. Email or call if interested.
Relaxing Oasis Meditation
I'm one that doesn't have tons of time to sit and do a 30 min or more meditation. Therefore, I wanted to make this meditation quick, simple, but satisfying. I hope you like it and it brings relaxation to your day!
20 min Warm-up Flow
The warm-up flow is for all levels and no equipment needed, unless you would like to use a block in some of the poses. It's great if you need to get yourself moving in the morning, or right before a work-out session to get your body warmed up and ready to go!
