I’m so excited (and deeply grateful) to share that I am now a licensed massage therapist and officially offering massage therapy services as part of my practice. This milestone represents more than a new service — it reflects a meaningful continuation of my lifelong passion for helping others feel better in their bodies.
For many years, I’ve supported clients as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, guiding them toward strength, balance, mobility, and greater body awareness. Working at a chiropractic office as an Assisted Stretching Coach, I saw how deeply the body holds stress, emotion, and tension — and how powerful intentional, hands-on care can be in supporting true healing. Massage therapy felt like a natural next step in my journey, allowing me to meet people where they are and offer a more nurturing, restorative form of support. With the encouragement of my husband and friends, I attended the American Academy of Massage and Wellness this past year and received my license.
My path to becoming a massage therapist required dedication (the classes were in Houston), education, and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. Through my training, I gained a greater understanding of anatomy, therapeutic touch, and the art of listening — not just with my hands, but with presence and intention. Earning my license was both challenging and incredibly rewarding, and it reaffirmed my calling to do work that is grounded in compassion, connection, and care.
I’m now offering customized massage therapy sessions that include Swedish/Deep Tissue massage, prenatal massage, and supportive modalities such as cupping, stretching, aromatherapy, and more, depending on your needs. My approach is holistic and intuitive, blending my background in movement and mindfulness with therapeutic bodywork to help clients relax, release tension, and feel more at ease in their bodies.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me along this journey — your encouragement means more than I can express. I’m honored to continue serving this community in a deeper way and look forward to supporting your wellness, healing, and self-care.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, sore, or simply in need of some nurturing care, I would love to support you — please feel free to reach out to schedule a session or ask any questions about what might be right for you.
With gratitude,
Carola
