2. Timing is Everything
Try going to the gym during off-peak hours (mid-morning, early afternoon) when it’s quieter. Less crowd = less pressure. Also, if you prefer to workout at home, try doing it during your peak energy time, so you feel more motivated.
3. Work With a Trainer
A few sessions with a trainer can teach you proper form, help you avoid injury, and give you a personalized plan to follow with confidence.
