20 min Warm-up Flow

Hope everyone is doing well and is healthy. Things here in Texas have been slowly getting back to “normal”. Mask restrictions have been taken away and capacity now allowed at 100%. We’ll see how things go! We finally did our first trip of the year (we haven’t gone anywhere far since Thanksgiving 2019) and went to my happy place….NOLA!!! I’m telling you, there is something about the energy in that old city that makes me feel at home. So sad when we left, but looking forward to our next trip….Jerome, AZ!! Somewhere new to explore!!

I was working out about a week ago and recorded myself doing my self-practice prior to doing a HIIT workout. I loved it so much that I re-recorded it!! It really warmed my body up and felt good prior to doing my more intense workout. The warm-up flow is for all levels and no equipment needed, unless you would like to use a block in some of the poses. It’s great if you need to get yourself moving in the morning, or right before a work-out session to get your body warmed up and ready to go!
