Happy Hamstrings Flow

Namaste everyone. Here we are…..2021! I don’t know about you, but nothing much has changed. However, I am optimistic that things will get better (I know, sounds cheesy). I decided this year to buy myself a planner, Commit30, to help keep me in-check towards my main goal of teaching yoga (whether online or face-to-face) and other goals. So far I LOVE it (more to come)!! It’s great to go back to a paper/pencil planner. Last year I tried a digital planner, and honestly, I only kept up with it the first month. I learned that I am NOT a digital planner person. Cool idea, but I love opening a book, turning pages, and writing with different colors on pages. I guess I’m old-school….LOL.

Tight Hamstrings

After talking to a couple friends, a common request seemed to be a sequence for tight hamstrings. I took that as a challenge, and came up with one!! After a couple tries, I came up with one I like! As always, nothing works as planned!! I had to record this twice, because the computer recorded the video all weird and it kept stopping/speeding up!! Oy vey!!! Technology is great, until it doesn’t work!!!

I hope you enjoy this flow. This is a great for runners or anyone that suffers from tight hamstrings. After doing this flow a couple of times, I’m sure your hamstrings will definitely be feeling happy!! Always remember to stretch before and after working out so that your hamstrings and muscles don’t get tight!
