She has a vast knowledge of different sport & fitness training, years of yoga practitioner experience and is always very encouraging. Highly professional, Carola is reliable, punctual, and always set-up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine and videos planned. Her sense of humor makes even someone new to exercise comfortable.
For me I was focused solely on flexibility, stretching and introductory yoga poses and she wrote out and provided video of a program designed specific to my goals.

I started training with Carola because of her interest in working around injury. I had been doing boot camp style work outs when I injured my lower by picking up my 4 year old. I had never had back pain before and this pain was affecting everything! I stopped exercising and the pain improved, but each time I tried to exercise on my own, it would return. Carola fully evaluated my form and found my areas of weakness that may have contributed to my back pain. She tailored my sessions to my needs and at a pace that I felt comfortable with. I am gradually building my strength and with minimal discomfort. She is kind and gentle in our sessions, I am excited to continue to work with her and reach my fitness goals.

Carola Did such a phenomenal job with tailoring and customizing a program for me. Right before our sessions were to begin, I had the misfortune of injuring my shoulder. Carola was great with it and did not get discouraged by it. After each session, she noted what was easier for me and what seemed a little more difficult for me to do because of the injury. She then did lots of research to continually tweak and customize the sessions so they would benefit me and we could get the most out of our time together. Carola also came up with great and challenging workouts for the lower body since I could continue lower body workouts without a problem. She truly went above and beyond. I am so thankful for her diligence, research, and patience. I highly recommend her and her training program.
