Greetings! I am thrilled that you have started researching fitness and wellness. It is the most rewarding thing you can do for yourself from a mind and body perspective. Four years ago, my wife, Carola, had a vision of starting this business to improve the lives of those in our community through health and wellness. I am excited to join her on this journey as a NASM certified personal trainer and UESCA certified running coach. I have always had a lifelong passion for fitness and performance. Growing up I played baseball but always kept myself active with various athletic activities. When I started a family in my mid 20’s my health sometimes had to take a back seat to other obligations. Thus, I realize the barriers many adults face when working toward their fitness. My goal is to help you overcome those obstacles and achieve the lifelong benefits of a healthier and stronger body!
About three years ago, I decided to start running, which led me to long distance running and have since completed three marathons–each under four hours. I plan to train later this year and complete my fourth marathon in early 2026.
I am driven to help individuals build a solid foundation of functional fitness utilizing stabilization, sustainable strength, and improved endurance, while moving with purpose and passion. We will also have a fun time doing it! Whether you’re trying to lose weight, improve balance, build strength, or train for your first race, I’m here to guide you with a structured, personalized training plan that gets results. I work with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds, including youth, adults, and seniors.
Beyond fitness, I work full time as an AVP of Admissions for a health sciences graduate school. I have been married to Carola for 21 years and have 2 children aged 20 and 19. In my spare time I enjoy traveling (especially cruises), cooking, listening to music, and watching Netflix mystery documentaries.
I look forward to working with you! Let’s get stronger together!
