Welcome! Glad that you are here. In school, I was never really athletic. I loved dancing, but that was about it. My love of fitness actually started in college when I began practicing yoga and step aerobics. Eventually, I joined the Taekwondo club and loved it! While working at the university, my husband and I would always go to the gym. I stuck to the machines because I was SUPER intimidated by the free weights. However, one thing that I loved was how powerful I felt when I was working out with the machines. Unfortunately, about a year or two later, we moved out of state and I stopped working out (life took over…we’ve all been there).

Fast forward many years later, while my boys were in high school, I rediscovered my love of fitness. During Covid, I decided to get my 200 hr yoga certification. I loved it so much that right afterwards, I enrolled in the 300 hr. When I completed my certification, my love of learning continued and I felt compelled to do more. After dealing with my own muscle imbalance and having to go to physical therapy, I finally found my calling and got certified as a Personal Trainer and Assisted Stretch Coach and finally as a Woman’s Specialist Coach.

While training clients, I decided to work at a chiropractic office being one of their Assisted Stretch Coach. Watching the massage therapists around me, I really became interested in manual therapy in order to help my clients feel better. With the help of my colleagues I graduated from Massage Therapy School and received my licensure.

My passion is to help people to feel their best, whether it be by personal training, yoga, or massage therapy. For your convenience, I am a face-to-face or online personal trainer/yoga instructor. Let me help you on your journey!
