Welcome! Glad that you are here. In school, I was never very athletic. I loved dancing, but that was about it. My love of fitness actually started in college when I began practicing yoga and step aerobics. Eventually, I joined the Taekwondo club and loved it! While working at the university, my husband and I would always go to the gym, however I stuck to the machines because I was SUPER intimidated by the free weights. I did love how powerful I felt when lifting. Unfortunately, about a year or two later, we moved out of state and I stopped working out (life took over…we’ve all been there).
Fast forward many years later, while my boys were in high school, I rediscovered my love of fitness. During Covid, I decided to get my 200 hr yoga certification. I loved it so much that I immediately enrolled in the 300 hr certification after finishing. When I completed my certification, my love of learning continued and I felt compelled to do more. After dealing with my own muscle imbalance and having to go to physical therapy, I finally found (part of) my calling and got certified as a Personal Trainer, Stretch & Flexibility Coach, & finally as a Woman’s Specialist Coach.
While training clients, I decided to work at a chiropractic office being one of their Assisted Stretch Coaches. I learned a lot from the chiropractor and massage therapists. As time went on, I became interested in manual therapy in order to help my clients feel better. With the motivation of my colleagues, I graduated from Massage Therapy School in 2025 and received my Texas Massage Therapy License.
With my knowledge, it allows me to bring a unique, integrative approach to care that supports strength, mobility, and long-term well-being. My intention is to create a calm, supportive space where clients feel nurtured, listened to, and empowered in their wellness journey.
For your convenience, I am available for distance personal training or yoga instruction. Trust me to guide you on your wellness journey!
